“If you are considering working with Alexis, you should definitely do it. She helped me up-level my time management skills and adjust to a new job, and I truly enjoyed spending the time to do it. Her help was particularly invaluable transitioning into the COVID-19 work from home routine. Our sessions helped me identify ways to smartly adjust my routines to better manage distance learning and rejigger my schedule. All sessions were customized to my needs and Alexis really goes out of her way to follow up and ensure that you are getting the promised value. Highly recommended!”

What my clients say:
COACHING DETAILS
What we’ll spend our time on in every session of your program.
Goals, Intentions & Know Yourself Better Analysis
Understand the challenges you are facing. Learn about different facets of personality and temperament that affect productivity and how to use your own tendencies to inform the strategies that will work best in your work and life.
Time Analysis & Task Management
Analyze how you are actually spending time vs. how you want to be spending your time. Learn the basics of effective task management. Learn how to not rely on memory to ensure that no balls are dropped, and no details are left undone. Build a "single trusted system" for your tasks and projects.
Prioritization
Learn about several prioritization frameworks and how to apply them to your work. Learn to make better decisions. Learn to balance workload, including when and how to get assistance to ensure organizational goals are met. Learn what to say no to, and how to say it, without feeling guilty.
Planning & Goals
Learn how to manage workload effectively. Implement end-of-day planning, end-of-week planning, and higher-level goal planning. Learn why planning is "real work" that saves time and effort in the long run.
Tools
Get into the weeds regarding how to use business tools optimally (i.e., email, calendar, task management systems, messaging systems, etc.). Implement new tools where necessary. Tweak current tools for optimal efficiency.
Habit Building
Learn the science behind habit building. Make a new good habit and break a bad habit. Learn tried-and-true habit building strategies and which ones will work for you best.
Efficiency
Learn specific techniques for handling workload more efficiently to get more done in less time.
Focus
Learn to identify and minimize distractions. Learn tips, techniques, and strategies to help you focus throughout the day. Learn why "single-tasking" is more effective than multi-tasking. Learn to be fully present.
Wrap Up
Reflect on how far you’ve come! Define support structures to keep ongoing.
Be A Better Leader
In addition to the time management and productivity topics outlined above, woven through the program is a focus on expectation management, communication, and managing up, down, and sideways.

You might be wondering:
-
This program is for you if you:
Feel unorganized, overwhelmed, or stretched too thin
Find yourself repeating, "there's just never enough time!"
Are having trouble creating the right balance in your life
Feel overwhelmed by your to-do list and your responsibilities, OR
Are a manager struggling to handle your own work and be an effective leader at the same time
This program is NOT for you if:

You’re expecting a magic wand. (You’ll get out of the program what you put into it. Just like the rest of life.)

If you feel like you’d benefit more from 1:1 coaching than from the Time Well Spent Coaching program, even though you aren’t a senior leader, exec or entrepreneur, let’s chat! While most people find Time Well Spent to be exactly what they need, we’re all different. So let’s hop on a call to see if 1:1 coaching is a good fit. Schedule a consultation call here!

I hear ya! You've read "Getting Things Done" (and "Atomic Habits" and "Deep Work"). You've downloaded, and abandoned, Trello (and Todoist and Asana). You're still stressed. You're still overwhelmed. That graveyard of abandoned task apps didn't change a thing!
Here's why this is different:
Common sense isn’t necessarily common practice. It's different to know something than to do it.
There are 4 primary reasons this program is different from trying to go it alone:
Individualization. Those books you read and apps you downloaded? They were written for the people who wrote them. But your brain is different. In this program, you'll learn about yourself, so that you can build strategies that work for who you are already, instead of trying to fit yourself in a pre-existing box.
Guidance. Doing things alone is hard. In this program, you'll have a dedicated coach (me!) to bounce ideas off, troubleshoot, and share what's working, and what's not. And we’ll celebrate your wins together.
Accountability. When you try to make changes in a vacuum, without anyone holding you accountable, it can be slow going. I'll be checking in on you and providing support the whole way through. So you won't have the opportunity to fall through the cracks or let lasting change slip away.
Habit Building Focus. In this program, we focus on how to build sustainable habits. Books are about insight and knowledge, which is important, for sure. But the rubber meets the road when we experiment, iterate, and practice.
-
Schedule a free consultation. We’ll jump on a Zoom, I’ll answer all your questions and we’ll decide if it’s a good fit.
If so, I’ll send you a short agreement to sign, an invoice, and a link to schedule your first session. And then we’re off to the races!
-
We’ll work together on a mutually agreeable schedule for our sessions. However, they will occur during the hours of 9am to 2pm Pacific Time, weekdays.
-
That’s no problem. If you find that you’d rather spread out the sessions with more than 2 weeks in between, we can do that. This program will be tailored to you and your needs.
-
I've done the research so you don't have to. There are hundreds of productivity books, strategies, tools, apps, tips, etc., out there and I've been immersed in it long enough to have culled the best. I am obsessed with productivity and efficiency, both at work, and at home. For many years, before opening my coaching practice, I ran Operations and HR in fast-paced start-ups, while raising two kids. For me it’s not just theory, it’s practice and experience. I know that not everyone's mind works the same way, and that we need to work with who you are to find strategies that work for you and your specific situation.
Let me be your guide to a life that feels more strategic and intentional, so you don’t end up on your deathbed saying “where did the time go?”.
-
Can I answer a question with a question? (Just did! 😊) What have you got to lose by scheduling a free consultation call?
You’re here on this page for a reason, so are you gonna stay stuck, or are you gonna take the first step towards feeling less overwhelmed and more in control?
But you don’t have to to listen to me. Instead, listen to my client Margaret:
“If you are considering working with Alexis, you should definitely do it. Her help was particularly invaluable transitioning into the COVID-19 work from home routine, where her sessions helped me identify ways to smartly adjust my routines and time management to better manage distance learning and rejigger my schedule. The investment for the 1:1 coaching program is $7,500, all inclusive. We’ll have sessions every other week for 4 months, you’ll have unlimited email access to me between sessions for support, guidance, troubleshooting, etc. and you’ll get perpetual access to the content platform, full of videos, best practices documents, templates and other resources that you can come back to again and again.
The program fee can be split into multiple payments for ease of cash flow.

Probably!
For many execs and senior leaders, coaching is a covered business expense. Although, depending on where you sit, you may need to get it approved first.
If you work for yourself, then yes! This counts as “professional development” a clear business expense.
Please email alexis@alexishaselberger.com if you have any questions or need any supporting documentation to get this expensed.
-
Yes! If you prefer a group environment, Time Well Spent Coaching may be for you! And, if you decide you want additional 1:1 executive coaching outside of the Time Well Spent Program, you’re welcome to book additional 1:1 sessions. Just email Alexis once you’ve enrolled in Time Well Spent Coaching!

Of course! Time Well Spent Coaching is the best way for your entire team to get coaching together. For more info, click here, or Schedule a consultation call.
