Will the learning stick?
Yes! Each workshop is designed to allow for plenty of opportunities to reflect, interact and apply new skills in the moment. Every 5-7 minutes we’ll be doing a self-reflective activity, sharing with the group or engaged in a breakout session. No boring lectures and no opportunities to space out.
Additionally, every workshop includes a follow along workbook that gives employees a tangible game plan for how they’ll apply what they learn when they leave the workshop.
Are these workshops in-person or virtual?
I offer both virtual and in-person workshops.
What are the most popular workshops?
“Do More, Stress Less”, “Making Meetings Better”, “Communicate Like a Pro” and “Lead by Example” are the most booked workshops. All of the 90 minutes topics are quite popular as well.
How will employees stay engaged during the longer workshops?
