The results are in!
A few weeks ago, I posed a question to you. I asked “What’s your biggest struggle with, or question about, time management and productivity?”
And, boy, did you deliver! Hundreds of you responded and your answers were invaluable to me. Thank you!
(And, if you didn’t get a chance to weigh in, I still want to hear from you. You can click HERE to answer the one-question survey.)
Now, why did I ask you this question? Well, exciting things are in the works. I’m currently putting the finishing touches on a brand new program and I wanted to make sure that I wasn’t missing anything that would be important to you. This program is made for you. And I want to make sure it’s tailored to exactly what you need.
And, in the spirit of transparency (and because I’m a big nerd), I thought you might be interested in the data I complied, so I’m going to share it will you today. The following were the most common themes in your responses.:
Distractions (13%)
Lack of systems (11%)
Habit building/breaking (10%)
Prioritization (8%)
Procrastination (7%)
Planning (6%)
And you know what! I’m excited to share that my new program already dives deep into each and every one of these struggles.
But, you’ll notice that the breakdown above only accounts for 55% of the top struggles, and there was quite a long tail! So I also wanted to share the other struggles you mentioned (because this new program is going to cover these as well):
accountability
getting yourself to do the “boring stuff" (this one REALLY resonated with me!)
email overload
meeting overload
follow up and follow through
just getting started
lack of motivation
overcommitting
perfectionism
handling the unexpected
getting stuck in reactive mode
making time for yourself (last in this list, but definitely not least)
This is all tough stuff, and I so appreciate with you were willing to share your struggles with me. My clients know that I operate from a “no judgement zone”, but you might not know that (yet!) and I appreciate your vulnerability.
And now it’s time for me to be vulnerable. I’m really excited about this new program. Like, really excited. And it’s also taken me a lot longer to get out into the world than originally planned (thanks, COVID!). But I want you to know that I’ve taken everything I’ve learned from years of coaching and all of the feedback from the 52,000+ folks who’ve taken my existing online courses, and turned it into a self-paced, easily digestible, practical, tactical, one-stop-shop to help you transform your relationship with time into one of ease and abundance.
